I’m running!

I have some exciting news to share with the Chiu Crew. Today, I filed the official paperwork to run in my first election for San Francisco City Attorney!

Four months ago, when I was appointed City Attorney of San Francisco, I swore that I would stand up for all San Franciscans in the fight for justice. Carrying on the proud tradition of the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office alongside our amazing legal professionals, we have continued that fight in many arenas.

Since then, our Office has delivered millions of dollars to workers denied healthcare and sick leave, won $123M for school funding, pursued rogue COVID testing companies, and defended immigrant families at the US Supreme Court.

But we’re just getting started. San Francisco has long been a beacon of progressive values and inclusivity, and we have much work to do to ensure our City lives up to those values. That’s why I’m staying in this fight and seeking my first election as your City Attorney on the June ballot.

Now that I am officially on the ballot, we need to keep up the momentum. Will you help me celebrate with a contribution today?
